Job Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct end-to-end UX design processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best UX practices.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure user behavior and continuously optimize designs.
- Present designs and articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work.
Required Qualifications:
- English Proficiency (mandatory B2+): Clear communication is essential. Confident English skills (B2 or higher) required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating comprehensive product design.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive and interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar platforms for user behavior analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
