Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- Customize Salesforce applications, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver reliable, performant code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
- Mentor junior developers and support internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customization.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.
- Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Triggers.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Git, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
