Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team. The role involves supporting users across Linux, macOS, and Windows, managing network infrastructure, ensuring security, and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot multi-OS systems
  • Manage network infrastructure (Aruba, pfSense)
  • Ensure system and data security, and support endpoint protection

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with scripting, backup software, and ITIL
